Carson White

Carson White has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Personal Trainer at Lacrosse Evolution for two years. In 2016, they transitioned to a Mechanical Engineer Co-Op role at Maquet Getinge Group. The following year, Carson joined Zimmer Biomet as a Mechanical Engineer for a short period. In 2018, they worked as a Logistics Engineer at Turner Logistics and later as a Mechanical Engineer Field Engineer at PCL Construction.

Continuing their career in engineering, Carson joined Stryker in 2019 as a Product Development Engineer, where they led a team in robotic-assissted orthopedic surgery and was involved in design controls, prototyping, and customer education. Carson then worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness for a few months.

In 2020, Carson joined NOVAVAX INC as a BioProcess Engineer, responsible for technology transfer activities, process optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes. Carson collaborated with CDMOs and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

Most recently, in 2022, Carson joined Akron Bio as a Senior MSAT Engineer.

Carson White obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Devices from Stevens Institute of Technology. Carson attended the institute from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, Carson attended Downingtown S.T.E.M. Academy from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Carson has also acquired additional certifications, including "Process Validation for Biotechnological Products MasterClass" from GLC Europe in March 2022 and "Principles of Biomanufacturing: Using Biotechnology to Manufacture Medicines" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June 2020.
