Steven Shepard

Steven Shepard has extensive experience in various roles within production and management. Currently serving as a CNC Machinist at Akron Brass Company since August 2016, Steven specializes in CNC machining, primarily using lathes, with skills in assembly and inspection. Prior to this, Steven worked as Program Coordinator and Production Manager at Nick Amster Inc., overseeing facility infrastructure for a client base exceeding 100 and managing 12 supervisors, while implementing efficiency improvements and logistical coordination. In earlier positions, including Assistant Store Manager at MC Sports, responsibilities included employee management, inventory control, and maintaining customer service standards. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies from The University of Akron and a high school diploma from Malvern High School.
