Currently serving as an Organisational Designer at AKROS AG and a Catalyst, Challenger, and Coach at Designing Business, Thorsten Löw focuses on enhancing organisational design and behaviour to facilitate smoother transitions for companies. Previous roles include Lead Agilist at finnova AG Bankware, where responsibilities included overseen agile implementations, and Head of Human Centred Design HR at Swisscom, leading a team dedicated to agile and customer-centric approaches. Thorsten Löw's entrepreneurial journey began as Founder & CEO of identitätsarchitekten, a marketing consulting firm.
