Yaşar Arslan

Graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Metallurgy, Yaşar Arslan worked for EMAŞ A.Ş. as Operations Chief for three years in 1985-1987. After working in management positions at Al-Fahd company in Saudi Arabia for five years, Arslan worked at different management levels for five years in the Istanbul Natural Gas Project at IGDAS. Arslan, who started working as Project Manager at Vinsan in 1996, started to work as General Coordinator and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Aksa Natural Gas in 2004, after working as a Coordinator at Yapısal in 2003. He was appointed as Aksa Natural Gas Distribution and Trade Group President in 2010. Yasar Arslan; 21 natural gas distributors, two natural gas wholesalers, operating under Kazancı Holding, He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors at CNG and LNG companies and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at two electricity distribution companies. Arslan, who is one of the founders of the Turkish Natural Gas Distributors Association (GAZBIR) and has served as the Secretary General for three terms, besides his position as the President of GAZBİR for three terms; He is the Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Natural Gas Council and the Vice Chairman of the Electricity Distribution Services Association (ELDER).
