Mahmut Beytorun

Mahmut Beytorun has a diverse background in software engineering and architecture. Mahmut started as a Software Engineer at Nortel Networks in 2006, and later moved on to Aksigorta as a Senior Software Engineer. Mahmut further progressed to roles such as Senior Software Engineer at Softtech, Software Architect & Developer at QNB Finansbank, and Software Architect at a Freelance startup. Currently, they are a Lead Software Engineer & Architect at Aksigorta, where they focus on API design and refactoring core applications. Throughout their career, Mahmut has built significant expertise in the development of banking and insurance software solutions.

Mahmut Beytorun obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Ege University in 2006. Mahmut then pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering Management at Bahcesehir University, completing it in 2010. Prior to their university education, they attended Izmir Fen Lisesi for their high school education with a focus on Science. In addition, they have acquired several certifications in various fields, including Agile and Scrum Foundations, Professional Scrum Master, MongoDB for Developers, and Advanced Java Programming, among others.
