Lauren Martin is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function, and for establishing a vision and direction for human capital programs, policies, and services.
Lauren was recruited by the management team and joined Akston in January 2022. Lauren is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has spent the majority of her Human Resources career in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
