Elana Schroeder

Elana Schroeder is currently the Global Benefits Solution Leader at AKT Human Capital Solutions since July 2017. Prior to that, Elana worked as an Actuarial Consultant at EY from September 2014 to June 2017, and at Towers Watson from September 2007 to July 2013. Elana also had an internship in Operations at Diageo in 2006 and served as a Technical Analyst at Mackenzie Partnership in 2002. Elana holds a Diploma in Actuarial Techniques from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, a BSc Hons in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School, and a Level 3 Certification in First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
