Currently serving as the SuccessFactors HCM Delivery Lead at AKT Human Capital Solutions since December 2018, Petr specializes in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Cloud HCM solutions. Previously, as an Oracle HCM Project Manager at Cognizant, Petr led a successful global implementation for a Fortune 100 company. Past roles include Project Manager at PV POWER, Senior Project Manager at Cummins Inc. overseeing global Oracle Cloud HCM rollouts, and Oracle Business Analyst at Smiths Medical, focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite implementation in manufacturing. Petr also has a foundational background in finance as a Financial Controller at HeidelbergCement. Academically, Petr holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from ESMA Barcelona and a BBA in Finance and Economy from Prague University of Economics and Business.
