Sankar Dhanushkodi

Sankar Dhanushkodi has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades in various roles and companies. Sankar is currently the Lead Machine Learning Architect at Aktana since 2020. Before that, they worked at Accenture for several years in different capacities. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the CTO & Business Development Lead - Accenture Freight & Logistics, where they conceptualized and built a multi-tenant cloud platform and led the transition to a micro-service architecture on Kubernetes. Prior to that, they were the Global Professional Services Lead - Accenture Freight & Logistics from 2013 to 2016, focusing on customer satisfaction and reducing implementation timelines. Sankar also worked as an Engineering Lead and an Architect Lead in the same organization. Earlier in their career, they worked at AddVal Technology Inc., where they were the Vice President and played a key role in developing logistics software and data warehousing solutions for the airline industry. Sankar had also worked independently as a Software Consultant and at Andersen Consulting and Mitsubishi Electronics in the past. Sankar Dhanushkodi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy from 1985 to 1989. Sankar then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications including "Essential Math for Machine Learning: Python Edition" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "Data Engineering with Google Cloud" from Coursera in June 2020, and "Deep Learning Certificate - 5-course specialization with deeplearning.ai" from Coursera in July 2019. Sankar has also received the "SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., although no specific month or year is provided for its acquisition.
