Elliott Verreault

Elliott Verreault has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Elliott served as the CEO of AKTEK Ltd, where they facilitated the fusion of primary and secondary data for collaborative monitoring and analysis. Elliott also worked with government agencies, international aid organizations, NGOs, and various firms to help them navigate complex working environments.

Elliott was the Chairman of EVC Inc. and a Council Member at GLG, providing expertise in product design and open/big data challenges across industries. Elliott also served as the CTO of DeclaraTuMismo, contributing to the development of technology products.

In addition, Elliott worked as a Technical Systems Lead at Aktis Strategy, involved in technology product development and data system engineering for international security projects. Elliott gained extensive field work experience in Tunisia, Turkey, and Lebanon.

Elliott held the role of Product Lead at SmartGov, where they were responsible for open data scraping, standardization, and aggregation. With their entrepreneurial skills, they were selected as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Start-Up Chile.

Earlier in their career, Elliott founded ItsOneHumanity, a humanitarian social network leveraging social media for increased transparency and accountability in the non-profit sector. Elliott also worked as a Research Assistant at Bishop's University, focusing on developing best practices for multicultural management.

Lastly, Elliott served as a Lead Consultant at EW Marketing Solutions, delivering a range of services from branding consulting to statistical studies of web traffic and customer conversion.

Elliott Verreault's education history is as follows:

Elliott Verreault obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, with a Minor in Japanese Studies, from Bishop's University. This degree was earned from 2007 to 2011.

Following that, from 2011 to 2012, Elliott attended Linnaeus University and obtained a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Peace and Development Work / Fred och Utvecklingsarbete.

In 2012, Elliott enrolled in the University of Cambridge and pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in International Relations. This program was completed in 2013.

In 2014, Elliott attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a Professional Certificate in Big Data.

Additionally, Elliott Verreault has taken part in other certifications and training programs. In 2013, they obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 (\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u80fd\u529b\u8a66\u9a13\uff11\u7d1a) certification from The Japan Foundation. They also completed the Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) programs from Pax Mondial Limited in 2015 and from Safer Edge in 2017. Furthermore, in 2021 Elliott completed the Cybersecurity Awareness Training offered by ESET North America.
