Isabelle Bhering

Isabelle Bhering has extensive work experience in customer support and customer success roles. Isabelle started their career as a Customer Success Junior at Hostinger Brasil in April 2020 and worked there until December 2020. Isabelle then joined InEvent as an Enterprise Customer Success Specialist from February 2021 to September 2021. Isabelle then moved to SatisMeter as a Customer Support Agent from April 2022 to June 2022. Isabelle further advanced in their career and worked as a Customer Success Representative at Upstream from July 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold a position as a Customer Support Representative at AKTEK, starting from February 2023. Throughout their roles, Isabelle has provided exceptional customer support and success, assisting customers with various queries, providing information about products and services, and making recommendations based on customer needs.

From 2022 to 2026, Isabelle attended Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.

In 2019 to 2020, they enrolled at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and completed a degree in Graphic Design.

In 2015 to 2016, Isabelle obtained their High School Diploma from Port Moody Secondary School.

- In November 2019, they volunteered at the 15º Encontro Estadual de Estudantes de Design da Região Sul at R Sul - Cianorte.

- In September 2019, Isabelle participated as an exhibitor at the 2nd CEART Teaching and Monitoring Projects Exhibition at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.

- Isabelle completed the Travel Writers Training course provided by Worldpackers in April 2019.

- In September 2018, Isabelle served as a volunteer monitor at the 4th International Relations Seminar organized by Associação Brasileira de Relações Internacionais (ABRI).

- Isabelle also volunteered at the 16th Brazilian Congress of International Law hosted by ABDI - Academia Brasileira de Direito Internacional in August 2018.
