Laura De La Hoz Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Laura started their career as an Intern at the National Association of Drug Court Professionals in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Project Management Assistant at Millward Brown, where they were responsible for implementing and coordinating projects, designing data collection instruments, and preparing progress reports.

In 2015, Laura joined Azaí Consultores as an Analyst, where they supported the design and implementation of various projects, such as income generation models for the Colombian Red Cross and sustainability strategies for WWF Colombia. Laura also worked as a Research Assistant, contributing to the development of proposals and the systematization of case studies.
