Karin Rekola

Karin Rekola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Banking Business Operations at Aktia since September 2021, Karin previously held various leadership roles at OP Financial Group from November 2017 to September 2021, including Business Lead and Vice President. Prior to that, Karin was a Producer at Palmu from May 2013 to November 2017 and held multiple positions at Tieto between November 2007 and April 2013, such as Customer Director and Department Manager. Karin began a career at OP Bank Group, serving as Manager from April 2000 to November 2007. Educational qualifications include M.Sc. degrees in Business Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä.
