Alex Armijos

Alex Armijos is a skilled Database DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in database administration and software development. Currently leading a DBA team at Aktiun, Alex specializes in deploying services on AWS and developing automation pipelines using Ansible, PowerShell, and Jenkins. Previous roles include serving as a Database Administrator and IT Methodology Consultant at Banco del Litoral, where Alex focused on ITIL practices and data migration tools, as well as a National Expert of Software Development at the Internal Revenue Service of Ecuador, where Alex contributed to software development and Scrum methodologies. Alex holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Universidad de León and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
