Reinhold Kainhofer is a board member at Aktuarvereinigung Österreichs AVÖ. Reinhold has also worked as a referent for Versicherungsaufsicht at FMA Finanzmarktaufsicht, stv. Verantwortlicher Aktuar Leben at Generali Versicherung, and as a singer in the Auxilliary Choir at Volksoper Wien. In addition, they are the founder and lead developer of The Open Tools Company and a baritone singer with the Arnold Schoenberg Chor.
Reinhold Kainhofer attended Graz University of Technology, where they earned their Doktorat in 2004 in the field of Technische Mathematik. Reinhold also holds a Mag.rer.nat. from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in Theoretische Physik, as well as a certification from Aktuarvereinigung Österreichs AVÖ in Anerkannter Aktuar (AVÖ).
