Peter Fowler

Peter Fowler is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in merchandising, product development, and brand strategy. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Akubra since July 2025, Peter previously held key leadership roles at Coco Republic, including Chief Product Officer and Global Head of Merchandising & Product. At SleepScore Labs, Peter was Head of Retail and Merchandising and contributed to enhancing the brand experience at Macy's as Vice President of Brand Experience. Notably, Peter played a significant role at West Elm, where responsibilities included launching West Elm Hotels and developing the West Elm Workspace + Contract brands. Peter began a career in merchandising at Coco Republic, progressing from Buyer & Product Development to Director of Merchandising. Peter holds a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Technology Sydney.
