Torin Kovach

Torin Kovach is an accomplished professional in the field of finance and technology, currently serving as a Co-Founder at Oligologic since November 2023, and previously holding the position of Junior Trader at Akuna Capital, where responsibilities included VIX options market making. Kovach has experience as a Quantitative Strategy Intern, where tools for traders were developed, and as a Bioinformatics Intern at 82VS, focusing on machine learning and antisense oligonucleotides. Prior to these roles, Kovach contributed as a Machine Learning Student Researcher at the CMU Auton Lab, working on innovative machine learning models. Educationally, Kovach is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Carnegie Mellon University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
