Raymond Ha

Raymond Ha has over 8 years of work experience in the software development field. Raymond began their career in 2012 as a Data Analyst at SPAWAR, where they were responsible for software upgrades, configurations, and implementations of computer-based systems. Raymond also created analysis reports and briefed senior management on system and license statuses. In 2013, they became a Lead Software Engineer at JCM Global, where they developed and maintained firmware for a product used in a large banking ATM manufacturer. Raymond also developed tools and algorithms to improve serial number OCR rate on the banknotes. In 2015, they joined SupplyPro, Inc. as a Software Engineer where they integrated new hardware devices into inventory management desktop application. Raymond also added new features for configurations, sensing when a module property has changed, and safety enhancements. In 2017, they joined Abbott as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, where they developed a Proxy library which allowed applications (Linux, Windows, Android and iOS) to communicate with medical devices through BLE. Raymond also developed an application to decode device image dump data to help firmware engineers troubleshoot issues. Finally, in 2023, they joined Akura Medical as a Sr. Software Development Engineer.

Raymond Ha attended San Diego State University from 2007-2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
