Erik Schouw-Hansen

Erik Schouw-Hansen has a diverse work experience history. Erik started their career as a Private in Gunnerside (HV-03 QRF) from January 2006 to January 2009. Erik then worked as a Consultant at Valcon A/S from February 2010 to December 2015. Following that, they founded and served as a Senior Advisor at Deploy AS from January 2016 to September 2017. Erik also owned Friinspirasjon.no from August 2012. Erik took on the role of General Manager (Interim) at Helgeland Plast AS from June 2018 to April 2019. Currently, Erik holds multiple roles at AKVA group ASA, including Vice President Operational Improvement since November 2017, Project Manager Sea Based since January 2020, Project Department Manager Sea Based Nordic (interim) from August 2021 to January 2022, and Project Director Sea Based from January 2022.

Erik Schouw-Hansen has a diverse education history spanning from 2003 to 2009. In 2003, they attended the Norwegian Arctic Ranger Battalion and earned the title of Ranger. Moving forward, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Law and Management at the University of South-Eastern Norway. During this time, they did not specify a specific degree name.

In 2007, Schouw-Hansen attended the Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, where they continued their studies in the BBA Law and Management program. Erik remained there until 2008 when they transferred to the University of Oslo (UiO). At UiO, they participated in the GründerSkolen program, which focused on entrepreneurship. Additionally, in 2008, they also attended the University of the Witwatersrand, specializing in Entrepreneurship through their School of Entrepreneurship.

In 2009, Schouw-Hansen enrolled at the University of Westminster and pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Erik completed the program for the year, and subsequently, in the same year, they joined Molde University College to further their studies in the field. At Molde University College, they specifically focused on Supply Chain Strategy within the MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management program.
