Vijai Anand has more than 18 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held executive leadership positions within different firms. Vijai became heavily involved in the management of emerging technology resources and it was through this experience that he realized the value of innovative staffing models data exchanges, and saw the potential in forming his own company. Vijai ran with his vision and started a one-person staffing company from the front porch of his home. Today, Akvarr owns a 5000 square-foot office and has evolved into a full-service project-based company with offices in three global locations and consultants working for clients across the US.
Where you might find him when not working with the Akvarr spending time with his wife, son, gym, real estate investment, and playing guitar. Vijai holds an MS degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering.
