Alex Kosolapov is the VP of Delivery at Akvelon, Inc. Kosolapov has over ten years of experience in program and project management.

Kosolapov started their career as a Technical Project Manager at Intego Group in 2007. Alex then moved to Microsoft in 2009 and spent three years there as a Program Manager. In 2012, they joined Akvelon as a Senior Technical Program Manager. Kosolapov was responsible for managing the program and leading the team that implemented the innovative secure group calling T-Mobile platform. This platform enabled bullpen-dugout calls during Major League Baseball games and was granted a US patent. Kosolapov was also responsible for all software engineering and operations for Azure cloud device management platform, custom Android mobile experience, geofencing, over-the-air updates, integrations, and e2e experience and reliability. Alex partnered with teams internally and externally to mobilize cross-functional teams across T-Mobile, Samsung, and Akvelon to integrate with Samsung Android device image and T-Mobile network for the end-to-end solution. The program was delivered on a fast-paced schedule and navigated complex risks.

In 2014, Kosolapov moved to Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. Alex held this position until 2016 when they returned to Akvelon as the VP of Delivery.
