Olga Belaya

Olga Belaya has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles and companies. Olga is currently the Human Resources Director at Akveo, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at Tango Me from October 2021 to October 2022. Olga also worked at Exadel, where they held the positions of Lead HR Manager from May 2018 to October 2021 and HR Generalist from June 2015 to May 2018. Before Exadel, they worked at Specific Group as an IT Recruiter/HR Manager from August 2014 to May 2015, at Intetics as an IT Recruiter from October 2013 to August 2014, and at CIB Group as an HR Generalist from May 2011 to September 2013.

Olga Belaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Belarusian State University, graduating in 2011. In 2015, they obtained a certification in the Goethe-Zertifikat C1 from Goethe-Institut e.V. Olga later pursued their interest in psychology and enrolled at Moscow Gestalt Institute, where they are currently completing their studies. While studying psychology, they also obtained several certifications related to organizational behavior, organizational design, and remote team management from Coursera in 2021 and 2022.
