Astrid Alida van Hensbergen

Astrid Alida van Hensbergen is an Industrial Excellence Change Manager at AkzoNobel since July 2022, where responsibilities include driving organizational transformation and supporting leaders in enhancing performance. As the ISC Capability Manager, Astrid spearheads the development of a global learning curriculum within the Integrated Supply Chain, aligning capability-building initiatives with strategic objectives. Previous roles include managing the Supply Planning Transformation program for EMEA Business Units and working as a Procurement, Purchasing & Sourcing Professional at Jansen International Trading BV for 18 years, where Astrid contributed to the international equestrian brand Harry's Horse. Astrid has also owned a website design business and led project management initiatives for various organizations, including project management roles focused on ISO certification at Center Parcs. Astrid holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has completed training as a Cyber Security Analyst.
