Barry Kidd

Barry Kidd is an experienced Vessel Performance Manager at AkzoNobel, part of the Global Marine Key Account Team, where responsibilities include fouling control coatings, hull performance, and management of digital applications associated with vessel performance. Previously, Barry served as Section Manager overseeing the Hydrodynamics Team and managing strategic partnerships, while at International Paint, Barry held multiple roles including Section Manager responsible for the design and build of the Singapore Laboratory and managing teams of chemists in product development. Barry holds a PhD from The University of Manchester and a BSc Hons in Applied Chemistry from Heriot-Watt University.
