Hester Kolthof

Hester Kolthof is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and project management. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the ISC CoE & Global Quality Director and also to the Global Director CoE Manufacturing & Global Head of Quality at AkzoNobel since November 2021, Hester previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles from 2006 to 2021, providing executive support to the Managing Partner in the Netherlands. Hester's career also includes roles as Personal Assistant to a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, Management Assistant at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, and Project Manager Assistant at MSP Associates, among others. Hester's foundational education includes a degree from the University of Groningen in Policy and Management in International Organizations, along with studies at institutions in Spain, Scotland, and the Netherlands.
