Jan-Piet Van Kesteren

Jan-Piet van Kesteren is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the paint and food industries, currently serving as a Member of the Executive Committee and Managing Director for Decorative Paints in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at AkzoNobel since March 2010. Prior to this role, Jan-Piet held various leadership positions within AkzoNobel, focusing on multiple regions and markets. Jan-Piet's earlier career at Unilever spanned from 1996 to 2010, where responsibilities included Vice President of Marketing for Food and Beverage in North Africa and the Middle East, as well as General Manager roles in the Netherlands. Jan-Piet van Kesteren holds a Master's degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed VWO at Rijnlands Lyceum Sassenheim.
