Javier Arenas Valladares

Javier Arenas Valladares is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and performance optimization. Currently serving as Global Talent Manager at AkzoNobel since January 2019, Javier has held multiple roles within the company including Global Talent & Performance Manager and Global Performance Management Manager. Prior to this, Javier worked at The HEINEKEN Company from July 2015 to January 2019 as a Talent Management Specialist and Employee Engagement Advisor. Experience also includes positions at Philips from February 2011 to July 2015, as a Change Management Officer and HR Project Manager, as well as a Recruitment Consultant at RESOURCE PERU from January 2009 to June 2010. Javier holds an MSc. in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and a BA in Psychology from Universidad Ricardo Palma, along with additional training from the Human Capital Institute.
