Maja Hukic

Maja Hukic, MA, currently serves as the Manager of Global Talent & Organization Development at Rotary International, a role held since March 2017. In this position, Maja oversees various aspects of talent management, including the development of global new hire orientation and onboarding programs, and supports multiple DEI subcommittees with expertise in evaluation, training, and programming. Maja has successfully implemented organization-wide initiatives like the “Train-the-Trainer” program and has managed professional development opportunities based on participant feedback. Previous roles include various positions at Rotary International, such as Global Talent & Organization Development Partner and Interim Manager, as well as positions at Northeastern Illinois University and the Department of Education And Knowledge - ADEK. Maja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English Language Arts and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, both from Northeastern Illinois University.
