Lilian Tappi

Lilian Tappi has a diverse range of work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Lilian most recently worked at AkzoNobel as the Head of Logistics LatAm, leading various areas such as foreign trade, warehousing, transportation, and continuous improvement. Prior to that, they held roles at PepsiCo, where they served as the Latam Logistics Strategy Lead and Supply Chain Executive - LatAm. Lilian also worked at B2W Digital as a Senior Project Manager in Supply Chain and Logistics, handling strategic projects for expansion and e-commerce. Lilian has previous experience at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as a Senior Manager in Operations, Projects, Solution, and Design, and at Santos Brasil as a Logistics Project Coordinator. Before that, Lilian worked at Deicmar Armazenagem e Distribuição as a Logistics Planning Analyst, at Armazéns Gerais Columbia S/A as a Logistics Analyst, and at Hunter Douglas do Brasil as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

Lilian Tappi has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. Lilian obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration, with majors in Foreign Trade, from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo in 2000. Lilian later pursued an Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2009 and 2011. In 2014, Lilian attended Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where they received a Certificate in Lean from the Discover Excellence Shingo Institute.

Lilian expanded their knowledge further by completing a Project Management Certificate from the Project Management Institute in 2016. In 2019, Lilian participated in the Hidden Factories Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

More recently, they engaged in specialized studies related to sustainability. In 2022, Lilian attended the University of Cambridge to pursue a degree in Sustainable Supply Chain Management with a focus on sustainability. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in "Quarta Revolução Industrial: Gestão de Projetos" and "ScrumMaster: Características e Responsabilidades na Gestão de Projetos" through LinkedIn.
