Lou Romano

Lou Romano is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in production scheduling and demand planning across various industries. Currently serving as Production Scheduler Inventory Supervisor at Samuel Packaging Systems Group, Lou generates a 3-month production plan and optimizes operational efficiency for global customers in the extruded plastic packaging sector. Previous roles include Demand Planning Analyst at ARAUCO - North America, where Lou reduced working capital through accurate forecasting, and Supply Chain Planner at Wenner Bakery, where Lou developed supply plans for significant finished goods volumes. Lou has also held various positions in supply chain management at notable companies such as Lifetime Brands, Scholastic, D'Addario & Company, Hain-Celestial Group, Global Payment Technology, and Steinway & Sons.
