Paloma Linares

Paloma Linares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Director at AkzoNobel since September 2023, Paloma Linares previously held multiple leadership roles at Drake Food Service, including New Markets Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations for over 450 restaurants in several countries. Prior experience includes positions at Intercorp as Head of InRetail Market Place, where Paloma Linares managed the launch and scaling of a significant e-commerce platform, and Chief Operating Officer at Innova Schools, focusing on quality education for a growing student base. Additional roles at Nexus Group Restaurants and Procter & Gamble span various operational and distribution management positions across Latin America.
