Renet C. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Renet started their career at The Kraft Heinz Company as a National Accounts Category Analyst from 1999 to 2001. Renet then joined Imperial Brands PLC as a Global Brand Manager for Fortuna from 2009 to 2012.

Renet joined AkzoNobel in 2012 and held various roles during their tenure. Renet started as a Senior Brand Manager for Dulux UK, managing a significant part of Dulux's core retail portfolio. In this role, they focused on e-commerce strategy, customer planning and projects, capability development, P&L management, and implementation planning. Renet also played a key role in new market development.

Renet C. pursued a B.Economics degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney from 1997 to 1999. In 2006 to 2007, they obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Renet C. also acquired a Digital Marketing Certification from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2021, followed by a Dmi Pro degree in Digital Marketing from the same institute in 2021 to 2022. They are currently studying for an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at York St. John University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, in 2023, Renet C. attended the Chartered Management Institute for organizational leadership, although no specific degree was mentioned.
