In the year 2007, the company renamed itself as “ Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Company” from a well known name "Saudi Carpet Factory" & completed its massive restructuring & modernization to become Joint stock company ( Public Limited) with registered capital of  812.5 Million SR  at Saudi Stock Exchange.
