John Stevens

John Stevens is a Senior Director at Al Ain Holding, where John manages the group's global property and development portfolio to maximize property values and shareholder returns. Prior to this, John served as the Managing Director at Asteco Property Management for almost 17 years, where John was responsible for devising and managing commercial business strategy to increase ROI and shareholder value. John has also held key roles at companies such as CB Richard Ellis Thailand and Jones Lang LaSalle, demonstrating a strong track record in property management and business development. John holds a M.Sc in European Urban Studies from the University of Greenwich, along with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management and A Levels in Physics, Economics, and Geography.
