Ayman Zain

Ayman Zain is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager currently working at Al Amry Group since February 2022, specializing in restaurants, catering, HACCP, quality control, and training. Previously, Ayman served as Branch Operations Manager at Lebanese Flower Restaurants and simultaneously as Branch Manager at Global Catering Services from March 2018 to March 2022. Ayman also held the position of Area Manager for restaurants and catering at Gloria Jean’s Coffees International from February 2016 to February 2018, and General Manager for restaurants and catering at Al Khaja Group in the Dubai Mall from February 2014 to February 2016. Earlier roles include General Restaurant Manager at Plaza Inn Hotéis and various positions in the food and beverage department at Marriott Hotels spanning from 1997 to 2012. Ayman holds degrees in Tourism from The Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels - Egoth and the College of Tourism & Hospitality (COTAH) in Brisbane.
