Sadek El-Assaad

Sadek El-Assaad is the founder of Zeder Business Advisory, a role they have held since 2018. Sadek is also currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Al Ashram Contracting Company, starting in 2023. Prior to that, Sadek founded Zeder Group in 2010, where they developed and implemented tailor-made HR solutions for clients in the MENA region and beyond. Sadek also worked as the Global Chief HR Officer at Aramex from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on driving the company's culture and implementing SAP Success Factor. Before that, Sadek held various HR leadership positions at MAF Hypermarkets-Carrefour, including Vice President Human Resources (GCC) from 2007 to 2010. Sadek also worked at Consolidated Contractors International Company as a Senior HR Manager and Senior Personnel Manager from 1991 to 1999.

Sadek El-Assaad has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. Sadek also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Columbus State University, obtained from 2001 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Sadek has completed Levels A&B in Occupational Testing and Personality Questionnaire from the British Psychological Society. Additionally, they have attended the London Business School in 2008-2009, Singularity University in 2017, and the Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications in 2007-2008, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for these institutions.
