Helen P is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. With a tenure at Sun Life from January 2019 to September 2024, Helen held positions including Chief Human Resources Officer for International HuBS and Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer. Prior to Sun Life, Helen served at Pratt & Whitney Canada from January 2010 to January 2017 in various roles such as HR Business Partner and Director of Leadership Development. Helen began a career in human resources at Air Canada as Manager of Organizational Development from January 2008 to January 2010. Helen holds an MBA from McGill University and a B.A. from Civil Aviation University of China.
