Teddy Maroun has an extensive work experience in various finance-related roles. Teddy started their career as an Internal Auditor at ABN AMRO in 1990 and then became an Audit Manager at HLB in 1992. In 1995, they joined FedEx Express as a Senior Director and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Teddy Maroun served as an Executive Director - Corporate Finance at Dubai Holding Real Estate. Teddy then worked as a Director - Corporate Finance at Drake & Scull International PJSC from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Teddy Maroun became the Executive Director - Finance at Al Jaber Engineering W.L.L before joining DAMAC Properties as Vice President - Finance from 2013 to 2016. Starting in 2017, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Oriental Pearls until 2018. Currently, Teddy Maroun holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Al Ashram Contracting Company since 2019.

Teddy Maroun obtained their MBA in Finance from the University of Wollongong between 2003 and 2006. In 2021, they acquired a certification in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
