Ronit Lavi רונית לביא

Ronit Lavi has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Ronit started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Emda Executive Search & Consulting LTD in 1990. Ronit then moved on to Ness Technologies, where they served as VP Human Resources-קומפרו from 1994 to 2000. Following that, they worked at Malam as the V.P HR from 2001 to 2004. Ronit then joined Migdal Group, where they held the position of Deputy to CEO and Head of HR from 2004 to 2011. Ronit was responsible for leading HR processes, implementing policies, and managing a team of 30 managers and employees. Ronit also served as the Co Founder of Rosh Ashdod Technologies from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Albaad (Headquarters) as the VP Human Resources since 2015.

Ronit Lavi's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at Bar-Ilan University to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Ronit completed their undergraduate studies in 1990. In 2003, Ronit attended the ADM Institute, Manufactures Association of Israel for a short period to focus on Arbitration and Conflict Settlement. Ronit then resumed their education in 2009 at The Israeli Management Center, where they completed a Directors course. Later, in 2010, Ronit returned to Bar-Ilan University to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology, which they completed in 2011.
