Shahid Mobin Siddiqui

Shahid Mobin Siddiqui currently serves as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal Affairs at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Shahid held the position of Head of Legal Affairs at Soneri Bank Limited from July 2015 to September 2020 and served as Manager of Legal Affairs at Faysal Bank Limited and Samba Bank Limited in 2011. Shahid's legal career began as Assistant Manager at Meezan Bank Limited from July 2006 to June 2011. Additionally, Shahid was a Guest Speaker at The National Institute of Public Administration from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Certified Director in Corporate Governance from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, a degree in Leading and Managing Change from Lahore University of Management Sciences, and multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws from Karachi University. Shahid also holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management from Karachi University.
