Rachid Almidani

Rachid AlMidani is a highly experienced executive with a strong background in operations and project management, currently serving as Executive Director – Operations at Al Bawani Co. Ltd since June 2019. Rachid led a strategic joint venture between Al Juffali and Bin Laden Group as Chief Executive Officer from March 2014 to June 2019, overseeing significant multi-billion SAR projects in various sectors. Previous roles include Director of Development at Ewaan Global Residential Real-Estate Company and Director at ARCAN Project Management, showcasing expertise in infrastructure and real estate development. Rachid's leadership experience extends back to 1982, with roles including Deputy Managing Director at Al-Tyeseer Contracting Co. and Managing Partner at HBM Contracting Co. Rachid holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California University and an MBA in Operations and Management from Kensington University, along with several specialized project management certifications.
