Jorge Figueroa has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various companies. Jorge is currently serving as the Director of Trade Marketing at Inter-Continental Cigar Corporation. Through their varied roles, Jorge has gained extensive experience in marketing, trade marketing, and project management.

Jorge Figueroa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Yacambú, from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Fostering Diversity & Inclusion from Yale School of Management, JTI Digital Upskilling Programme from Circus Street, and Launch Into Leadership from ExecOnline, Inc., all in the year 2020.
