Ivana Mihajlovic

Ivana Mihajlovic currently serves as the Country HR Director at Al Dahra since October 2022 and is also a Culture Consultant at Culture People Community since July 2021, focusing on enhancing company cultures through knowledge sharing and best practices. Previous experience includes serving as HR Director at Adria Media Group from July 2021 to October 2022, and Group HR Director at Direct Media from September 2014 to May 2021, where Ivana was integral in developing people strategies and advising executive boards on HR issues. Earlier roles include Director at HR Profiler, HR Director at Beohemija Business Group, Manager of Organizational Development at Delta Maxi Group, and various positions at other organizations. Ivana holds a BS in Marketing and Political Science from the University of the Ozarks and has completed advanced management programs at prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School and IEDC - Bled School of Management.
