Sandeep Mehra

Sandeep Mehra is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles. Currently serving as Chef Entrepreneur at Al Forno since 2016, Sandeep also holds the position of Sous Chef at Spice Craft Gourmet Catering by celebrity Chef Aditya Bal since September 2015, providing specialized food and catering solutions. Additionally, Sandeep has worked as a Sous Chef at Fortis Healthcare and Fortis Memorial Research Institute since 2013 and 2012, respectively, contributing to Asia’s largest hospital with a focus on blending healthcare and hospitality. Prior to these roles, Sandeep gained experience as a Kitchen Executive at 5 Senses in Chennai from 2011 to 2012. Sandeep holds a diploma in Bakery and Confectionery from L.V.M, Shakti Nagar, Delhi.
