Ravindra Lakmal

Ravindra Lakmal is an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in post-contract duties and claim management across various construction projects. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies, Ravindra oversees projects for the Shura East Hotel. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor at Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Quantity Surveyor at Hayleys Fentons, among others, where responsibilities encompassed claim management, cost monitoring, and preparation of Bills of Quantities for various projects. Ravindra holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University.
