Terence Cook

Terence Cook is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Al-Futtaim since September 2021, Terence also co-founded Surturian Middle East in February 2021. Previously, Terence held key positions including Head of Digital for Auto Finance at Al-Futtaim, IT Transformation Director at Al Rajhi Takaful, and Head of IT & Products for the Cargo Division at Emirates Group. Additional experience includes roles in IT Change Management at Dubai Customs and Ecommerce Product Management at BiblioTech Ltd. Terence's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Corllins University and training in Business Performance Coaching and NLP from Newcastle University.
