Hanadi El Sayyed

Hanadi El Sayyed has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Hanadi is currently the Head of Human Resources at Al Ghurair Real Estate within the Al Ghurair Group, where they focus on transforming the organization and implementing people-centered strategies. Prior to this, Hanadi founded and served as the Managing Director of &humans Advisory, a company that helps organizations align their human capital management with their vision and goals. Hanadi also worked as a Senior Consultant at The Tantalus Group, a global management consulting firm, and as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of gigthree, a technology-enabled talent matching platform. Hanadi has a strong background in HR leadership, having worked at Majid Al Futtaim for 19 years in various HR roles, including Head of Human Capital. Additionally, they have experience in tech systems coordination with DP World.

Hanadi El Sayyed has a diverse education history. Hanadi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the American University of Beirut, which they obtained in 1991. Hanadi also holds a Bachelor of Science/Engineering Diploma in Agriculture from the same university, which they completed in 1993.

In 1994, Hanadi pursued their Master of Science degree in Economics and Development from the University of London. Hanadi completed this program in 1996.

Hanadi's interest in Human Resources led their to pursue further education in this field. In 2009, they obtained a certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University. In 2010, they received a Human Resources Director Certificate from the same institution.

To expand their knowledge in Sustainability Studies, Hanadi attended Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

In addition to their formal education, Hanadi has also obtained certification as a Design Customer Experience Programme from the Royal College of Art and The Leadership Institute in 2018. Hanadi is also a Certified MBTI Practitioner, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified.
