Nourchéne Kaâk

Nourchéne Kaâk has a strong background in the legal field, with experience in various roles at different companies. Nourchéne currently serves as the Legal Director at Al Ghurair Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Legal Counsel and Board Secretary at Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate LLC from December 2018 until January 2022.

Before joining Al Ghurair Group, Nourchéne worked as a Legal Associate at HORIZONS & CO LAW FIRM from August 2016 to November 2018. Nourchéne also gained valuable experience at Al wasl International Group, where they held the position of Legal Associate from July 2013 to July 2016.

Their career in law began at Cabinet Taoufik Lounissi advocates and legal consultants, where they worked as an Associate from June 2011 to June 2013. Throughout their work experience, Nourchéne has developed strong expertise and skills in the legal field, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Nourchéne Kaâk has a Bachelor's degree in Legal sciences from the Faculty of Juridical, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis II. Nourchéne also holds a Master 2 (M2) in Private Law from Université Paris 8. Additionally, they have completed their PHD in Private Law and Criminal Sciences from Université Paris 8.
