Shahin Surti, CFA, MRICS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investments and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Al Ghurair Investment since September 2022, Shahin specializes in real estate transactions, partnerships, and joint ventures. Previously, Shahin held the role of Senior Manager at AWR Properties from June 2019 to October 2022, overseeing the transaction life cycle, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio performance reporting.
