Giridhar Kumar

Giridhar Kumar started their work experience as a Senior Audit staff at Deloitte India in June 2000. Giridhar handled audits of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and Indian standards. In 2004, Giridhar joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as an Associate Project Manager, where they led a multi-location team and interacted with customers to analyze requirements and suggest process improvements. Giridhar then worked as a Consultant at Wipro Consulting from 2007 to 2009, focusing on SOX compliance efforts and assisting management with implementing remediation plans. From 2009 to 2015, Giridhar served as the General Manager of Finance Control at SABMiller India, where they implemented internal financial control processes, developed standardized policies, and drove cross-functional initiatives. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer at ARTHA REAL ESTATE CORPORATION LIMITED, responsible for corporate restructuring, funding arrangements, and establishing operational working capital credit lines. Giridhar's most recent role is as the VP of Finance at Al Hamra since November 2019.

Giridhar Kumar completed their education in the field of finance and information systems. From 2000 to 2004, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy. Following this, in 2005, they attended ISACA and achieved a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
